Hi Seth,

If you’re really lucky, you’ll be at Katz’s when somebody — hopefully not you — loses their ticket when they try to pay. It can get ugly.

Katz’s is also the only deli in NY that hand-slices the pastrami.

Wow, I can’t wait to see the documentary. I ate at Katz’s over the summer, and I had turkey on rye. It was delicious! I especially liked the way they gave me a small slice of turkey to sample first when I ordered my sandwich.
