The Boston Phoenix Names New Editor

The new editor of The Boston Phoenix will be Lance Gould. Here’s what I find interesting about the hire. Gould is a 20-year veteran of the news business, and his most recent job was as Deputy Managing Editor at the New York Daily News. Peter Kadzis, to whom Gould will report, worked as an editor of the Daily News during much of the go-go 1980s. I wish Kadzis and Gould good luck.
